Everyone knows that sex is much easier in your 20′s and 30′s as opposed to your 40′s on up.  It’s just easy and effortless.  Your muscle tone is great and lubrication in the vagina is at it’s peak along with hormones for penis circulation.  To preserve this in your 40′s, exercise your vagina doing kegels…several hundred a day is suggested!  As for men, heart health equals penis health.  When men begin to develop a gut, it blocks blood flow which makes it harder to get an erection.  So eat healthy and stay fit if you want better sex!

For both sexes, it’s important to get enough sleep…about 7-8 hrs. per night.  Too little sleep can cause your vagina and penis to age before their time.  So will too much stress.  Consequently, if possible, limit stress and get enough rest so that you can perform at your optimal level in the bedroom!

Some experts say that the best time of day to have an orgasm is in the morning.  Testosterone is higher, blood flow is higher and you have more energy.  It’s also best if the woman is on top.  It’s easier to achieve orgasm this way.

Regardless of your age, you can achieve a better sex life as long as you are willing to make changes for the positive.  The key is to eating healthy and getting enough rest.  These are the two most important factors.
